Due to the uniqueness of each transaction, each acquisition is evaluated on a case by case basis in order to customize a program to suit our customers present day and future financial needs.

FEATURES:

  • Low down payment of just 20%, 10% seller carry back considered
  • No pre-payment penalties
  • Up to 10 years fully amortized financing, 15 years or more available with no prepayment penalty after 3 years
  • Minimum loan amount is $100,000
  • Financing available for most types of businesses - and are subject to review

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Buyers are preferred to have a background in the industry or the business being acquired
  • Equivalent combination of collateral and cash equal to the required 20% down payment
  • Unsecured financing available for financially strong buyers interested in buying an existing viable business
  • Mid scores of 600 preferred but reviewed on an individual bases
  • The business must have an acceptable financial history with potential to expand and grow

INTEREST RATES:

  • Tied in to prime and vary depending on the financial strengths of the buyers and the business

  • Purchase an existing business, new inventory, working capital and equipment
  • Real estate can naturally be included

PRELIMINARY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Last 3 years tax returns for all principals involved
  • All principal buyers current individual financial statements both personal and business
  • Last 3 years company tax returns for company being acquired
  • Current company balance sheet and profit/loss statement
  • Business debt schedule detailing any business debts to be assumed upon selling the business
  • Selling points of the business
